independence
paul wants to do just about everything himself.
paul: milk!
me: you want me to get you some milk?
paul: me pour! me pour. bottle. big one.
me: okay, let's zip up your jacket.
paul: do it! do it! [shoves mom out of the way]
me: do you want hash browns?
paul: cook. me cook. do it. brown.
but sometimes he gets a little lazy.
paul: mommy. small piece. 'tilla. butter. small. pease. please.
and there are things he knows that he can't do.
paul: mommy read train. mommy read corndy. daddy read train.
it's pretty tiring trying to remember who does what anymore.
